SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

All orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW via Australia Post - Orders placed after 3:00PM will be sent out the following business day.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150.00

Australia Post Standard Shipping - $22.00 (2-8 business days)

Australia Post Express Shipping - $32.00 (1-4 business days)

When selecting Standard Shipping, Australia Post may leave the package unattended if they consider the area safe,

as the authority to leave is the default option. Please note that we are not responsible if your parcel is lost or stolen

under these circumstances. To ensure a signature upon delivery, you must choose Express Shipping.

Shipping times may differ based on the selected shipping method and destination. Once your order is dispatched,

you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of

your delivery via the Australia Post website.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged while in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible,

and we will work with you to resolve the issue. As mentioned above however, if you chose delivery without signature,

we are no longer liable for your package in the case of loss, damage, or theft.

BENDEE’ accepts returns for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. In order for your return to be eligible, it

must be in it’s original condition & unused.

Please email hello@bendeebybreezy.com to initiate this return. Please do not send any items back with out requesting

a return first, these will not be accepted. All sale items & any gift cards are final sale, we cannot accept returns on these. 

Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Our team will confirm the return details once the request has been approved. 

Please make sure you keep track of your returning parcel. This is the customers responsibility.

Returns cannot be processed unless the parcel has been delivered and accepted by us. 

If you have received damaged or faulty items, please email us immediately to provide details (including photos)

and your order number, within 7 days of arrival.
